摘要
为分析中药精油防治感染性疾病的特点,为中药精油的进一步应用提供参考,通过查阅2000—2020年间的中国知网、万方数据、GeenMedical和NCBI数据库中关于中药精油用于防治感染性疾病的数据,将符合标准的精油输入Excel 2013建立数据库,并采用Clementine 12.0和IBM SPSS Statistics 19进行关联规则统计和聚类分析。检索到可防治感染性疾病的93种单味中药精油和27种复方中药精油;药性以温(44次,55%)为主,药味以辛味(59次,46.8%)和苦味(41次,32.5%)为主,药物归经以肺经(34次,22.8%)和胃经(32次,21.5%)为主;复方中药精油中高频的中药精油有24种,核心药对13个,聚类分析将药物分成4类;中药精油防治感染性疾病的应用方式以体外应用(31次,77%)为主。研究结果表明:防治感染性疾病的中药精油以性温,味辛、苦,入肺、胃经,多体外应用为特点,为新冠肺炎的中药外用治疗提供了数据支撑和核心药物的应用参考,可指导体外应用中药精油防控新冠肺炎。
Objective:The novel coronavirus pneumonia was used to analyze the characteristics of Chinese medicine essential oils in preventing and treating infectious diseases.Methods:Through consulting the datum of CNKI,WanFang,Geenmedical and NCBI databases from 2000 to 2020,the datum about the application of essential oil of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases were obtained.The qualified essential oils was input into Excel 2013 to establish the database,and Clementine 12.0 and IBM SPSS statistics 19 were used for association rule statistics and cluster analysis.Results:93 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine essential oil and 27 kinds of compound traditional Chinese medicine essential oil which can prevent and cure infectious diseases were retrieved.The medicinal property is mainly warm(44 times,55%),the medicinal tastes are focused on pungent(59 times,46.8%)and bitter(41 times,32.5%),and the main meridians of the medicine are the lung channel(34 times,22.8%)and stomach channel(32 times,21.5%).There are 24 kinds of high-frequency Chinese medicine essential oils in compound Chinese medicine essential oils;core drugs to 13;cluster analysis is used to divide drugs into 4 categories;and the application of Chinese essential oils to prevent infectious diseases is mainly in vitro(31 times,77%).Conclusion:It is concluded that the essential oil of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases is characterized by its warm property,pungent and bitter taste,and its main channels are lung and stomach channels,and its main application mode is in vitro application.At the same time,it provides data support and the application of core drugs for the prevention and control of COVID-19’s external use of traditional Chinese medicine,and better guide the in vitro application of traditional Chinese medicine essential oil for the prevention and control of COVID-19.
