摘要
苦石莲是我国传统中草药,其药用价值很大。为了进一步明确苦石莲的化学成分,现对苦石莲粉末的95%甲醇提取物进行了化学分离,实验采用正相硅胶、凝胶、MCI反相填料、ODS反相填料等柱色谱的方法进行分离,通过常压,中压以及半制备高效液相对其进行纯化,并进一步运用现代波谱学方法技术(IR, UV, EI-MS, ESI-MS, HRESI-MS,^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-APT, HSQC, HMBC,^(1)H-^(1)H COSY, NOESY, CD)对分离得到的化合物进行了结构鉴定。最终,从苦石莲中分离得到13个单体化合物,并鉴定了其中的5个化合物。
The bitter lotus is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine in my country,and its medicinal value is great.In order to further clarify the chemical composition of the kusalaia powder,95%methanol extract of the kusalaia powderwas chemically separated.The experiment used column chromatography methods such as normal phase silica gel,gel,MCI reverse phase packing,ODS reverse phase packing separation,purification by normal pressure,medium pressure and semi-preparative high performance liquid phase,and further used modern spectroscopy methods(IR,UV,EI-MS,ESI-MS,HRESI-MS,^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-APT,HSQC,HMBC,^(1)H-^(1)H COSY,NOESY,CD)to identify the structure of the isolated compounds.13 monomer compounds were isolated from the bitter lotus,and 5 of them were identified.
