摘要
灰色文献资源的建设、开发和利用亟需成为图书馆核心业务的增长点。本文以广东省立中山图书馆为例,分析了灰色文献的价值和资源建设的难点,详细论述了如何通过争取政策和资金支持、创新灰色文献征集采访工作机制、加强人才建设、完善灰色文献识别鉴定和编目标准、推进灰色文献全文数据库建设、建设差异化的灰色文献线下和线上馆藏资源等措施来进行探索,从而为各图书馆建立和完善适合自身的灰色文献馆藏资源提供参考。
The construction,development and utilization of grey literature resources need to become the growth point of library’s core business.This paper analyzes the value of grey literature and the difficulties in resource construction.Taking Sun Yat-sen Library of Guangdong Province as an example,it discusses in detail how to strive for policy and financial support,innovate the working mechanism of grey literature collection and acquisition,strengthen the construction of talents,improve the identification and cataloging standards of grey literature,promote the construction of full-text database of grey literature,strengthen the construction of talents,and improve the standards of grey literature identification and cataloging.In order to provide reference for peers,we should take measures such as constructing differentiated offline and online collection resources of grey literature,and establishing suitable collection resources of grey literature.
