摘要
在创新型国家建设背景下,大学生作为社会主义事业的建设者与接班人,必须具备充足的创新意识与能力。高校作为创新型人才培养基地,开始推行大学生创新创业训练计划项目。项目以促进高校教育思想观念转变、改革高校人才培养模式、强化大学生创新创业能力训练、增强大学生创新能力与创新基础上的创业能力为宗旨,这都是教育部实施的重要高等教育工程。简要阐述了大学生创新能力培养的必要性及现状,在点明实施大学生创新创业训练计划项目重要性的基础上指出其现存的问题,并最终为其质量提升提出三点建议,以期为相关研究者提供有益借鉴。
Under the background of building an innovative country,college students,as the builders and successors of the socialist cause,must have sufficient innovation consciousness and ability.As the training base of innovative talents,colleges and universities began to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students.The project is an important higher education project implemented by the Ministry of Education,which aims to promote the change of educational ideas,reform the talent training mode,strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship ability training,and enhance their innovation ability and entrepreneurial ability based on innovation.This paper briefly expounds the necessity and current situation of college students’innovation ability training,points out the existing problems on the basis of pointing out the importance of the implementation of college students’innovation and entrepreneurship training program,and finally puts forward three suggestions for its quality improvement,which provides a useful reference for relevant researchers.
