摘要
大学生创新创业训练项目是我国为了培养和提升大学生的自主创新创业能力而提出的一种新的人才培养方案,其实施有利于拓宽高校人才培养的路径,提高大学生的科研能力、创新意识及自主创业能力。该文依据对南通大学生命科学学院生物类本科专业大学生创新创业训练项目的管理以及指导工作经验,阐述了生物类大学生创新创业训练项目开展的状况和存在的不足,并结合现状提出了一些解决对策和建议。
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students is a new talent training program proposed in China to cultivate and enhance the independent innovation and entrepreneurship abilities of college students.Its implementation is conducive to broadening the path of talent cultivation in universities,improving the cultivation of scientific research ability,innovation awareness,and independent entrepreneurship ability of college students.Based on the management and guidance experience of the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for undergraduate students majoring in biology at the School of Life Sciences,Nantong University,this article elaborates on the status and shortcomings of the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for undergraduate students majoring in biology.Based on the situation,some solutions and suggestions are proposed.
