摘要
恶性肿瘤已成为严重威胁人类健康的问题,目前中药用于肿瘤治疗的优势日益突出。中药大黄是治疗便秘和活血化瘀良药。现代药理学研究表明,大黄在糖尿病、高血压、黄疸和癌症方面的治疗展现一定的作用。然而大黄存在成分复杂的问题,限制了其应用。本文以大黄素、大黄酸、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚为代表的大黄主要有效成分,及以大黄为重要成分的方剂,对其抗肿瘤领域研究进行归纳整理。发现其通过不同通路和机制,展现出良好的抗肿瘤效果。本文综述了大黄及其相关方剂抗肿瘤方面的研究,以期为老药大黄抗肿瘤方面的新用提供参考依据。
Malignant tumor has become a serious threat to human health.The superiority of traditional Chinese medicine for cancer treatment,nowadays,is increasingly prominent.Rhubarb is a good medicine for constipation and blood-stasis syndrome treatment.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that rhubarb plays a role in diabetes,hypertension,jaundice and cancer.However,the application of rhubarb is limited by its complex composition.The main active components of rhubarb,including emodin,rhein,emodol and emodin methyl ether,and rhubarb-related prescriptions were summed up in this paper.Admirabled anti-tumor effect of rhubarb’s main active components and rhubarb-related prescriptions were found through different pathways and mechanisms.The anti-tumor research of rhubarb and rhubarb-related prescription were systematically summarized to provide reference for the new use of rhubarb in anti-tumor.
