摘要
石油化工装置在生产过程中存在大量泄漏爆炸混合物的潜在可能性,为保障人身和生产安全,应合理选择防爆仪表设备。根据现行国内、外标准的要求,结合工程实际情况,分析了爆炸环境的划分,包括危险区域分区、爆炸混合物的分级和分组等,介绍了防爆仪表设备在工程设计中基本规定、防爆型式和选型原则,并对防爆仪表的要求做了补充说明。
There is a potential possibility of large amount of explosive mixture leakage during the production in petrochemical plants.To ensure personal and production safety,explosion-proof instrument and apparatus should be selected reasonably.According to the requirements of the current domestic and foreign standards,considering engineering practices,the hazardous area classification is discussed,including dangerous zone divisions,and grading and grouping of explosive mixture,etc.The basic regulations,explosion-proof types and type selection principle of explosion-proof instrument in the engineering design are introduced.The requirements for explosion-proof instrument is further explained.
