摘要
随着人们安全意识的提高,工业防爆安全问题已经受到社会各界普遍关注。介绍了国家电气防爆安全管理要求和防爆工程项目最新监管制度,重点梳理了防爆工程项目在设计、选型、安装和日常维护等方面存在的问题,并对今后工作提出了相应的改进建议。
In company with raising of safety consciousness of the people, industrial explosion protection and safety has aroused general concern of the society. The state＇s administrative regulations and rules on explosion protection and safety and the latest supervision system of Ex-related engineering projects are introduced. The problems existing in the design, selection,installation and routine maintenance of an Ex-related engineering project are pointed out, together with recommendations for the amelioration of future practice.

徐建平（1962-），男，江苏苏州人，1984年毕业于江苏理工大学电气工程系工业电气自动化专业，现任上海工业自动化仪表研究所副所长、国家级仪器仪表防爆安全监督检验站站长、教授级高级工程师，专业从事工业防爆安全技术研究、防爆电气产品认证和工程项目防爆安全评价等工作，是享受国务院特殊津贴待遇专家、美国仪表学会防爆电气设备委员会高级会员、IECEx体系国际评审员。已发表论文30多篇。
