摘要
目的:构建损美性皮肤病中医疗效的评价模型,对中医疗效进行评价,为皮肤病中医疗效评价体系提供新思路。方法:利用层次分析法结合模糊评价构建AHP-模糊综合评价法的损美性皮肤病中医疗法评价模型,并对面部刮痧法治疗黄褐斑进行了举例分析。结果:面部刮痧法治疗黄褐斑疗效处于良好水平,但有提高空间。结论:损美性皮肤病中医疗效评价模型可以更全面科学地对中医疗效进行评价,但模型存在一定不足,今后可加入患者自我评价等层次。
Objective To construct an evaluation model for the medical effects of dermatological diseases,evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medical treatments,and provide new ideas for the evaluation system of traditional Chinese medical effects of skin diseases.Methods An analytic hierarchy process combined with fuzzy evaluation was used to construct an AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for traditional Chinese medical treatment of dermatological dermatosis,and an example analysis of facial scraping treatment for melasma was given.Results The curative effect of facial curettage on chloasma was good,but there was room for improvement.Conclusion The model can evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine for dermatosis more comprehensively and scientifically.
