摘要
鉴于民族地区高校生源类型多样、师资力量相对薄弱、文化环境特殊等特点,其人才培养方案的构建有其特殊要求。在新时代国家大力发展民族教育事业的背景下,民族地区高校人才培养方案构建应明确双重需要的培养目标、优化课程内容设计、聚焦高质量教学以及规范方案评价机制等,以期探索出更加适宜民族地区高校的人才培养模式,不断适应新时代高等教育发展新形势。
In view of the diverse source of students,the relatively weak faculty and the special ethnic minorityenvironment,the construction of professional personnel cultivation programs of universities in minority areas has its special requirements.In the new era,our country has vigorously developed the cause of ethnic minority education.So that universitiesin minority areas should clarify the training objectives of dual needs,optimize the course content design,focus on high-quality teaching and standardize the evaluation mechanism of the program.And then they can find new appropriate models of training professionals to adapt to the development of higher education in the new era.
