摘要
目的:观察走罐疗法在寻常型斑块状银屑病治疗应用中的临床效果以及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:随机将52例符合入选条件的寻常型斑块状银屑病患者分为两组,观察组28例,对照组24例;其中观察组采用凡士林走罐疗法治疗,对照组予窄谱紫外线照射治疗,并分别观测两组治疗前、治疗第2周及治疗第4周时银屑病皮损面积和严重程度评分(PASI)以及皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)改善情况,统计各组有效率。结果:4周治疗后总体有效率方面,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗2周时,观察组达到PASI50级的患者比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗终点时,观察组在DLQI的下降方面亦优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:走罐疗法治疗寻常型斑块状银屑病可以明显加快皮损的消退,提升患者生活质量,临床治疗效果显著且较安全。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moving cupping therapy in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgarisand the effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods:52 patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=28)and control group(n=24).The observation group was treated with moving cupping therapy,while the control group was treated with narrow spectrum ultraviolet radiation.The improvement of psoriatic area and severity index(PASI)and dermatosis quality of life index(DLQI)were observed before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively,and the effective rate of each group was calculated.Results:After 4 weeks of therapy,the overall effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks of treatment,the proportion of PASI grade 50 patients in observation group was higher than that in control groupsignificantly(P<0.05).At the end point of therapy,the decrease of DLQI in the observation group was also superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Removing cupping therapy in the therapy of plaque psoriasis vulgariscan significantly accelerate the regression of skin lesions,improve the quality of life of patients,clinical efficacy is significant and safe.
