摘要
淀粉作为一种天然高分子,是一种环境友好的天然改性材料。改性淀粉降滤失剂可以使钻井液在井壁上形成薄而致密的滤饼,有效降低钻井液的滤失量,稳固井壁。本文以酸解羧甲基淀粉为原料,丙烯酰胺(AM)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)、三羟乙基烯丙基氯化铵(THAAC)为单体,采用接枝共聚合成了改性淀粉降滤失剂CASANT,并对其结构、耐温性和抗钙镁等性能进行了研究。结果表明,加入1.0 wt%的降滤失剂,在淡水基浆和10 wt%NaCl盐水基浆中的滤失量分别为6.5 mL和8.2 mL;热滚180℃后,滤失量为10.1 mL。在含有5000 mg·L^(-1)钙离子和1000 mg·L^(-1)镁离子的淡水基浆中的滤失量为7.5 mL。降滤失剂CASANT在淡水基浆和盐水基浆中均有较好的降滤失效果,且具有较好的抗钙镁性能。
As a natural polymer,starch was a kind of environmentally friendly natural modified material.Modified starch fluid loss agent could make the drilling fluid in the borehole wall formed on the thin and dense filter cake,effectively reduce the amount of drilling fluid filtration,stabilize borehole wall.Applied acidolysis carboxymethyl starch as raw material,acrylamide(AM),N-vinyl pyrrolidone(NVP)and three hydroxyethyl allyl ammonium chloride(THAAC)as the monomer,modified starch was synthesized by graft copolymerization CASANT.Fluid loss agent,temperature tolerance and the properties of resistance to calcium and magnesium were studied.The results showed that when 1.0wt%of filtrate reducer was added,the filtrate loss of fresh water base slurry and 10wt%NaCl brine base slurry were 6.5mL and 8.2mL,respectively.After hot rolling for 180℃,the filtration loss was 9.0mL.In the fresh water base pulp contained 5000 mg/L Ca^(2+)and 1000 mg/L Mg^(2+),the filtration capacity was 7.5mL.CASANT had a good filtration effect in the fresh water base pulp and salt water base pulp,and had a good anti-Ca and Mg performance.
