摘要
以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、聚丙烯酰胺和对苯乙烯磺酸钠为原料合成了新型抗高温钻井液降滤失剂PAASD,利用FTIR、1H NMR、泥浆失水仪等方法对PAASD进行了表征并研究了其流变性能和降滤失性能。表征结果显示,合成的PAASD为目标产物,具有良好的增黏性和耐温抗盐性能。PAASD钻井液具有良好的耐温抗盐性能和抗钙侵能力。在三磺化(SMP-1/SMC/SMK)钻井液体系加入PAASD后,在150℃、3.5 MPa下的高温高压滤失量为16.2m L,说明PAASD与三磺化钻井液体系具有良好的协同增效作用。PAASD在高温含盐的钻井液中可对黏土颗粒进行有效吸附,增强了黏土颗粒在高温含盐环境中的水化分散能力。
A filtrate reducer,PAASD,was synthesized from methacryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride,2-acryloylamino-2-methyl-1-propanesulfonic acid,acrylamide and sodium p-styrenesulfonate,and was characterized by means of FTIR,1H NMR and mud loss tester. The results showed that PAASD was the target product with good tackability,heat resistance and salt tolerance,and could control the fluid loss of drilling fluid systems efficiently. When PAASD was added into a sulfonated drilling fluid system,the fluid loss of the system was 16.2 m L under the condition of 150 ℃ and 3.5 MPa. It was demonstrated that PAASD and the sulfonated drilling fl uid system had a good synergism. In drilling fluids with high temperature and salinity,PASSD could efficiently absorb the clay particles to enhance the dispersity of the clay particles.
