摘要 相较传统的层次分析法,可拓层次分析的迭代模糊综合评价具有精度高、修正小、一致性指标更加合理等优点。基于AHP-FCE模型及原理,通过设计计算程序对储气库压缩机组零部件重要度进行评估,识别设备运行风险分级。构建了储气库压缩机组重要度评估指标体系,该体系由8个一级指标和28个二级指标组成。通过专家组对评估指标的主观打分评价,计算确定了各个指标权重和排序。依据专家评定分值和指标权重,计算得出重要度评估结果。结果表明:对储气库压缩机组所划分的37个零部件中存在高风险13个、中风险17个、低风险7个,这为规范设备差异化运维管理,确保安全稳定运行提供支持。 Compared with the traditional analytic hierarchy process,the iterative fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of extension analytic hierarchy process has the advantages of high accuracy,small correction,and more consistent consistency index.Based on the AHP-FCE model and principle,the importance of compressor unit components of the gas storage is evaluated through the design calculation program,and the equipment operation risk classification is identified.An evaluation index system for the importance of compressor unit of gas storage is constructed.The system is composed of 8 first-level indexes and 28 second-level indexes.Through the subjective scoring evaluation of evaluation indicators by expert group,the weights and ranking of the various indicators were determined by calculation.According to the expert evaluation scores and index weights,the importance evaluation results are calculated.The results show that there are 13 high-risk,17 medium-risk,and 7 low-risk out of the 37 parts of the gas storage compressor unit.This provides support for standardizing the differentiated operation and maintenance management of equipment and ensuring safe and stable operation.
