摘要
目的:比较全自动血液成分分离机与手工制备冷沉淀凝血因子的效果。方法:选择血站符合制备要求的新鲜冰冻血浆48袋,根据制备方法不同分为对照组24袋和观察组24袋。对照组采用手工制备冷沉淀,观察组采用全自动血液成分分离机进行冷沉淀制备,测定冷沉淀中凝血因子Ⅷ(Blood coagulation factor,FⅧ)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,Fg),比较两组冷沉淀制备质量。结果:两组冷沉淀中FⅧ、纤维蛋白原(Fg)合格率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组FⅧ、Fg含量为(126.25±32.42)IU/袋、(402.17±88.40)mg/袋,高于对照组的(115.63±23.97)IU/袋、(368.92±107.43)mg/袋,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组FⅧ、Fg含量超出标准值的比率为57.81%、168.14%,均高于对照组的44.54%、145.95%。结论:全自动血液成分分离机可替代手工法进行冷沉淀凝血因子制备,凝血因子含量及自动化程度均更高。
Objective:To compare the effect of automatic blood component separator and manual preparation of cryoprecipitate coagulation factors.Methods:A total of 48 bags of fresh frozen plasma were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different preparation methods.The control group was prepared by hand for cryoprecipitation,and the observation group was prepared by automatic blood component separator.The coagulation factorⅧand fibrinogen(Fg)were determined and the preparation of cryoprecipitate was compared between the two groups.Results:The qualified rate of coagulation factorⅧand fibrinogen(Fg)in the two groups of cryoprecipitate was 100%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The contents ofⅧ,Fg in the observation group was(126.25±32.42)IU/bag,(402.17±88.40)bag,higher than that of control group(115.63+23.97)IU/bag,(368.92-107.43)mg/bag,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The ratio of observation groupⅧ、Fg content exceeding the standard value was 57.81%and 168.14%,which were both higher than 44.54%and 145.95%of the control group.Conclusion:The automatic blood component separator can replace the method of cryoprecipitate coagulation factor preparation,and the coagulation factor content and the degree of automation are higher,which has the popularization value.
