摘要
为解决施工进度优化领域数据获取、定量分析、模型求解等难题,构建了基于BIM与遗传算法的建筑工程施工进度优化体系.在此基础上,建立了以成本最低和资源均衡为目标的"工期—成本"和"工期固定—资源均衡"施工进度两阶段多目标优化模型,并运用遗传算法进行求解,确定了各工序最优持续时间和非关键工序最优开始时间.在实际工程中对所建体系与模型进行了实践应用,验证了其可行性与有效性,为科学合理确定施工进度计划提供了支撑,并有助于提升BIM技术的应用效果和施工进度管理水平.
This study develops a construction schedule optimization system based on BIM and genetic algorithm to solve the challenges of data acquisition,quantitative analysis,and model solving in the field of construction schedule optimization.On this basis,a two-stage multi-objective optimization model of"construction period-cost"and"fixed construction period-resource balance"with the goal of lowest cost and resource balance is established.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,and the optimal duration of each process and the optimal start times of non-critical processes are determined.The developed system and model were applied in actual projects to verify their practicability and effectiveness.This research supports scientific and reasonable decision making of the construction schedule,and help to improve the application effect of BIM technology and the level of construction schedule management.
