摘要
建筑工程项目的成本管理是项目管理的一项重要工作。针对国内工程项目成本管理工作中目标成本设立不当、成本管控过程粗放及成本考核机制不健全的问题,提出将BSC+ABC融合模式引入其成本管理体系之中,分析二者结合运用于工程项目成本管理的可行性,最终建立了基于BSC-ABC模式下的工程项目成本管理运作模型,设计该模式下进行成本管理工作的步骤。
The cost management of construction project is an important work of project management.Aiming at the problems of improper target cost setting,extensive cost control process and imperfect cost assessment mechanism in domestic engineering project cost management,this paper puts forward the suggestion of introducing BSC+ABC integration mode into its cost management system.And analyzes the feasibility of applying the combination of BSC+ABC to project cost management.Finally,establishes the operation model of cost management based on BSC+ABC mode,and designs the steps of cost management under this mode.
