摘要
在工程项目开展成本控制的过程中,其关键环节就在于施工过程,项目施工是项目工程管理过程中的重要内容。施工过程的开展源于施工方案,只有科学制订施工方案,才能够保障施工的顺利实施,进而实现成本控制目标。文章以A工程项目为例,主要分析施工方案对项目整体成本控制的影响,研究优化施工方案下的项目整体成本控制效果,为施工企业成本控制提供指导。
In the process of project cost control,the key link is the construction process,and project construction is an important part of project management process.The development of the construction process stems from the construction scheme.Only by scientifically formulating the construction scheme can the smooth implementation of the construction be guaranteed and then the cost control goal be realized.Taking project A as an example,this paper mainly analyzes the influence of construction scheme on the overall cost control of the project,studies the overall cost control effect of the project under the optimized construction scheme,and provides guidance for the cost control of construction enterprises.
