摘要
目的探讨微信平台下互动模式对感染科实习医生带教质量的影响遥方法选取2019年1—12月该院感染科实习医生50名进行感染科临床教学,按照不同教学方法分为两组,常规组采取常规的教学模式,研究组采取微信平台下互动模式教学方法,比较两组感染科实习医生临床专科理论考核成绩、临床专科技能考核成绩、综合工作能力评分,并通过问卷调查评价各组感染科实习医生对教学效果的满意情况。结果研究组临床专科理论考核成绩、临床专科技能考核成绩、综合工作能力评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对教学效果的满意度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微信平台下互动模式教学进行感染科临床教学可取得较好效果,可提高带教的质量,提高实习医生的满意度,并提高实习医生的专科技能和工作能力,值得推广。
Objective To explore the influence of the interactive mode under the WeChat platform on the teaching quality of interns in the Department of Infectious Diseases.Methods From January to December 2019,50 interns in the Department of Infectious Diseases of the hospital were selected for clinical teaching in the Department of Infectious Diseases.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods.The conventional group adopted the conventional teaching mode,and the research group adopted the interactive mode of teaching under the WeChat platform.Compared the two groups of infectious disease interns in clinical specialty theoretical assessment scores,clinical expertise assessment results,and comprehensive work ability scores,and evaluate the satisfaction of each group of infectious disease internships to the teaching effect through a questionnaire survey.Results The research group's clinical specialty theory assessment scores,clinical specialty technical ability assessment scores,and comprehensive work ability scores were higher than those of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group's satisfaction with the teaching effect was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive mode of teaching under the WeChat platform for clinical teaching of infectious diseases can achieve better results,can improve the quality of teaching,increase the satisfaction of interns,and improve the technical skills and working ability of interns,which is worthy of promotion.
