摘要
我国社会经济迅速发展,人民生活水平提高的同时也对医疗卫生的要求有了新的高度。公立医院因其公益性、非营利性等特点,在医疗服务市场一直占据着主导地位,而随着新医疗制度改革的不断推行,公立医院如果想在新的市场经济竞争下得到持续发展,便需要锐意创新,完善并重构医疗体系,不断深化改革攻坚。而公立医院的稳定发展与卫生技术人才的支持密切相关,该文重点对公立医院如何做好人才储备及人才培养工作,加强管理人才队伍的建设,加强对高技能人才的培养及强化实践能力,加大高级卫生专业技术人才的引进力度,建立完善的人才质量管理体系,增加资金投入,促进医院的学科建设,多措并举激发各学科人才的潜能和创新活力等方面进行详细阐述.
Our country's social economy is developing rapidly,and people's living standards are improving,but also the requirements for medical and health have a new height.Public hospitals have always occupied a leading position in the medical service market due to their public welfare and non-profit characteristics.With the continuous implementation of the new medical system reform,if public hospitals want to achieve sustainable development under the new market economy competition,therefore,we need to be determined to innovate,improve and restructure the medical system,and continuously deepen reforms to tackle tough problems.The stable development of public hospitals is closely related to the support of health technical talents.This article focuses on how public hospitals can do a good job of talent reserve and talent training,strengthen the construction of management talents,strengthen the training of high-skilled talents and strengthen practical a bility,and add introduction of high-level and senior health professionals,the establishment of a sound talent quality management system,increase capital investment,promote the construction of hospitals,and take multiple measures to stimulate the potential and innovative vitality of talents in various disciplines.
