摘要
目的分析阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症后抑郁症状的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的精神分裂症后抑郁患者74例,按治疗方案不同分为两组,各37例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,观察组采用阿立哌唑治疗,比较两组抑郁症状、精神症状评分及不良反应发生率。结果治疗3、6个月后,观察组HAMD评分、PANSS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症后抑郁效果显著,可减轻抑郁程度。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of depression after schizophrenia.Methods 74 patients with depression after schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone,and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole.The depression symptoms,psychiatric symptoms scores and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the scores of HAMD and PANSS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significan(P<0.05).Conclusion Aripiprazole is effective in the treatment of depression after schizophrenia,can reduce the degree of depression.
