摘要
目的:探究滋水清肝饮加减辅治对肾虚肝旺证焦虑症患者的治疗效果以及对其生理、心理学反应的影响。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年12月在本院接受治疗的肾虚肝旺证焦虑症患者79例,采用随机数表法分为观察组(39例)和对照组(40例),对照组采用常规治疗,其中观察组患者采用滋水清肝饮加减辅治治疗,对比两组患者相关参数。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后的中医证候心悸头晕、性急易怒、脉细数、神疲懒言、舌红评分以及血清免疫因子白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-ɑ)水平低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后第2、4、8周,观察组患者生活质量综合评定问卷(Generic Quality of Life Inventory,GQOL-74)总分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)量表评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:滋水清肝饮加减辅治可显著改善肾虚肝旺证焦虑症患者的临床症状,降低炎症反应、提高患者的生活质量以及睡眠质量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction for patients with anxiety disorder of kidney-deficiency and liver-fire syndrome,and the effect on their physiological and psychological responses.Methods:79 patients with anxiety disorder of kidney-deficiency and liver-fire syndrome were enrolled in this study between March 2019 and December 2020.Using random number table method,the patients were divided into an observation group(n=39)and a controlled group(n=40).The patients in the controlled group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction on this basis.The relevant parameters in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(palpitations and dizziness,irritability,thready rapid pulse,mental fatigue,red tongue),and levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-ɑ)in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(all P<0.05).At 2,4,and 8 weeks after treatment,the Generic Quality of Life Inventory(GQOL-74)score and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group were higher than those of the controlled group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zishui Qinggan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory response,and improve quality of life and sleep quality of patients with kidney deficiency and liver fire syndrome of anxiety disorder.
