摘要
评价学生的非认知能力对高校提高教育教学质量、推进学生全面发展具有重要意义。基于对非认知能力及其影响因素的研究和界定,运用层次分析法构建非认知能力评价指标体系,在对A校600名本科新生进行调查研究的基础上,运用模糊综合评价法对其非认知能力进行综合评价分析。研究表明:被调查本科新生整体非认知能力处于中等偏上水平;在大学阶段学生的非认知能力依然受家庭背景和文化资本的影响;个体的非认知能力因实践经历和专业类型不同而存在显著的差异。因此,应完善高校评价内容体系,促进学生全面发展,提升学生的自我培养能力,从而提高本科生的非认知能力。
Evaluating students’non-cognitive competence is of great significance for colleges and universities to improve the quality of education and teaching,and to promote the educational reform of students’all-round development.Based on the literature review of non-cognitive competence and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper conducts an investigation and research on 600 undergraduate freshmen in university A.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to construct the non-cognitive competence evaluation index system for freshmen.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate and analyze the non-cognitive competence of freshmen.The research shows that the overall non-cognitive competence of the investigated freshmen is at an upper-middle level,and the non-cognitive competence is still affected by family background and cultural capital at the college stage,and the individual practice experience and major type have different influences on the non-cognitive competence of freshmen.Based on this,suggestions for improving the non-cognitive competence of undergraduates are put forward from the three levels of universities,teachers and students.
