摘要
针对城市配电网中接入新能源技术带来的复杂多样性与随机不确定性问题,提出考虑多种运行场景的"源网荷储充"协调优化控制策略。首先,对一流城市配电网中"源网荷储充"各设备资源的协调运行特性及其运行场景进行分析;其次,为适应多运行场景构建协调控制架构,包括分布协同控制的储能及充电桩互动需求响应控制、无功补偿设备及RDG的V/Q控制,以及根据负载阻抗和等效阻抗对控制变量的敏感性进行集中优化控制。对IEEE33标准节点扩展系统进行算例分析,结果表明,所提控制策略可以有效改善配电网运行电压水平,具有较好的配电网控制综合效益。
Aiming at the problem of complex diversity and random uncertainty caused by the access of new energy technology in urbandistribution network,a coordinated optimal control strategy of "source network load storage and charging" considering multiple operationscenarios was proposed.Firstly,the coordinated operation characteristics and operation scenarios of "source network load storage charging" equipment resources in the first-class urban distribution network were analyzed.Secondly,in order to adapt to multiple operation scenarios,the coordinated control architecture was constructed,including distributed collaborative control of energy storage and charging pile interactivedemand response control,reactive power compensation equipment and RDG V/Q control,and centralized optimization control according to thesensitivity of load impedance and equivalent impedance to control variables.The results show that the proposed control strategy can effectivelyimprove the operation voltage level of distribution network,and has better comprehensive benefits of distribution network control.
