摘要
文章以探索研究型专科医院信息化软件系统购置参数的制定对策,为医疗机构信息化软件系统技术参数选择提供方法借鉴为目的,通过对医院近4年信息化软件系统购置参数的总结,对信息化软件系统购置参数制定过程中存在的问题进行深入分析并提出相应对策。
To explore the setting of technical parameters of information procurement projects in specialized hospitals,and provide a reference for the selection of technical parameters of information projects in medical institutions.Using literature extraction,in-depth interviews,and expert consultations,the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the process of setting bidding parameters for information projects and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.Preliminary research and business learning should be strengthened in the formulation of technical parameters of information projects,and four main technical parameters and sixteen specific contents of product,personnel,operation and maintenance,and qualification should be regarded as the core content of the bidding documents.The setting of technical parameters must be comprehensive and in-depth.Only qualified suppliers selected through scientific and effective technical parameters can meet the requirements of rapid development of hospitals.
