摘要
目的利用《中国卫生信息管理杂志》论文关键词共享信息,展现和分析卫生信息管理视角下的数字化医疗研究热点。方法从中国医院知识总库（CHKD）中检索获得2010～2015年（5.5 a）期间《中国卫生信息管理杂志》所有论文的题录信息,并利用手工和VBA脚本相结合的方式,提取其中所有论文的关键词;采用社会网络分析方法,借助于Node XL,绘制出最近5.5 a该刊的关键词共现网络,采取可视化的方式展现该刊最近5.5a的研究热点主题;采用社会网络分析方法,从宏观、中观和微观3个层次上分别对关键词共现网络加以分析和解释。结果获得了该刊最近5.5 a关键词所构成的共现网络。该关键词共现网络属于社群聚簇型网络,拥有几个地位突出,规模较大且比较稳定的热点研究主题;并且,这些热点不仅各具特色,彼此之间还交叉融合,在广度和深度上都很好地覆盖了数字化医疗领域的方方面面。结论这种基于社会网络分析的《中国卫生信息管理杂志》关键词共现分析方法,较好地揭示了卫生信息管理视角下的数字化医疗研究热点,从而为明确数字化医疗未来的发展方向提供了客观依据。
Objective Aims to visualize and analyze research hotspots of digital healthcare domain from the perspective of health information management with keywords co-occurrence data collected from articles published in the Chinese Journal of Health Informatics and Management （CJHIM）. Method Bibliographic records of articles published in CJHIM during the period from January 2010 to June 2015 （5.5 a） were retrieved from the CHKD database provided by the Website CNKI （National Knowledge Infrastructure）. All the keywords were extracted and preprocessed manually and via MS VBA scripts; the keywords co-occurrence network was measured and visualized by NodeXL, a free and open-source network analysis and visualization software package for Microsoft Excel. The social network analysis （SNA） method was used to interpret the network on a macro-level, a meso-level and a micro-level. Results The network consists of several larger stable and outstanding research hotspots which are distinctive and closely inter- connected; meanwhile, they provide a good coverage for the digital healthcare domain in breadth and depth. Conclusion The results show that the SNA-based keywords co-occurrence analysis of CJHIM has been successfully used to show the research hotspots of digital healthcare domain from the perspective of health information management, therefore providing an objective basis for identifying the future trends of digital healthcare domain.
