摘要
目的探讨龙盘止咳方治疗小儿咳嗽3个证型的临床疗效。方法选择90例小儿咳嗽患儿(风热犯肺证、痰湿蕴肺证、痰热壅肺证病例各30例)。各组均给予龙盘止咳方,每日1剂,5 d为1个疗程。观察3组证型治疗前后临床疗效及中医证候评分等相关指标。结果风热犯肺证、痰湿蕴肺证、痰热壅肺证的总有效率分别为89.66%、58.62%、75.86%;证候疗效,风热犯肺证>痰热壅肺证>痰湿蕴肺证(P<0.05);单项症状积分,3组在咳嗽、咳痰、鼻塞、肺部啰音单项症状方面治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);流涕、咽充血、扁桃体方面治疗前后无显著差异(P>0.05);3组不同证型患者在治疗前后中医证候积分下降程度不同(P<0.01)。结论龙盘止咳方治疗小儿咳嗽的3个证型均有疗效,以风热犯肺证疗效更显著,且用药安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Longpan Zhike Decoction in the treatment of three syndrome types of cough in children.Methods A total of 90 children with cough(30 cases of wind-heat invading lung syndrome,30 cases of phlegm-damp amassing in lung syndrome,30 cases of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome)were selected as the study subjects.The three groups were all given Longpan Zhike Decoction,one dose a day,5 days as a course of treatment.The clinical effi cacy and TCM syndrome score of the three groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The total eff ective rates of the wind-heat invading lung syndrome,phlegm-damp amassing in lung syndrome,phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome were 89.66%,58.62%and 75.86%respectively.The syndrome effi cacy of the treatment was:the wind-heat invading lung syndrome better than the phlegm-damp amassing in lung syndrome,than the phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome(P<0.05).There were signifi cant diff erences in the single symptom scores of cough,sputum,nasal congestion and pulmonary rales among the three groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),There were no signifi cant diff erences in runny nose,pharyngeal congestion and tonsil before and after treatment(P>0.05).The decrease degree of TCM syndrome scores of the three groups was diff erent before and after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Longpan Zhike Decoction is eff ective in treating all the three syndrome types of infantile cough,especially in the case of the wind-heat invading lung syndrome,and it is safe to use.
