摘要
目的探讨疏风解毒胶囊治疗风热犯肺型急性气管-支气管炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年1月-2018年8月收治的120例确诊为急性气管-支气管炎的患者,按照随机分组原则,将其随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例。对照组患者采用盐酸左氧氟沙星疗法,治疗组患者在此基础上加用SFJDC进行治疗,对发热和咳嗽等相关症状采用对症处理,两组患者治疗时间为5d,观察两组患者临床治疗效果、咳嗽积分变化、感染相关指标变化、不良反应情况以及TNF-α、CRP等炎性因子水平的变化。结果治疗组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者咳嗽积分变化情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗过后WBC、N等感染指标下降情况明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现恶心、腹泻、肝肾功能异常的情况。治疗组患者TNF-α、CRP炎性因子水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏风解毒胶囊治疗急性气管-支气管炎疗效确切,与西药联用,相较于单独用药,效果更好,有预防急性气管-支气管炎诱发慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重的作用,能有效降低患者感染指标,避免其出现恶心、腹泻、肝肾功能异常等不良情况,应广泛应用在临床治疗中。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of expelling wind and detoxification capsules(SFJDC)in treatment of acute tracheobronchia with wind heat invading lung type.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with acute tracheobronchia diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018,and divided them into control group and treatment group randomly,with 60 cases in each group.Control group were treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride,and treatment group with SFJDC on the basis.Symptoms related to fever and cough were treated symptomatically.Treatment time of two groups was 5 days.Clinical treatment effect,changes of cough scores and infection related indexes,adverse reactions TNF-α,CRP and other inflammatory factors changes were observed.Results Total clinical effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Change of cough scores in treatment group was significantly better than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Decrease of WBC,N and other infection indexes in treatment group was significantly better than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).There were no nausea,diarrhea and abnormal liver and kidney function in two groups during treatmetn.TNF–α,CRP inflammatory factors level in treatment group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Conclusion SFJDC can achieve accurate effect in treatment of acute tracheobronchia,with better effect combined with western medicine than the latter only.It can prevent acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease induced by acute tracheobronchia,reduce infection index of patients and avoid nausea diarrhea,abnormal liver and kidney function and other adverse conditions effectively,which is worthy of wide application in clinical treatment.
