摘要
为解决换热器在不同区域运行时应采用的最优管排数缺乏技术参考这一问题,本文结合杭州,广州及西安地区六月份平均气候参数通过分排参数法建立波纹翅片管换热器的稳态模型研究了其管排数与换热量及除湿量之间的关系。结果表明,换热器的换热量及除湿量随着管排数的增加逐渐增加。横向管间距的增加及翅片间距的减小同样会使换热量增加。管排数越多,在不同地区应用时的差异越大。
To provide sufficient guidelines for optimizing number of tube row of wavy finned-tube heat exchanger in different regions,a steady-state model of wavy finned-tube heat exchanger was established by using sub-row parameter method based on the June average climate parameters in Hangzhou,Guangzhou,and Xi’an.The paper studies the relationship between the number of tube rows and the heat exchange and dehumidification.The results show that,the heat exchange and dehumidification capacity of the heat exchanger gradually increase with the increase of the number of tube rows;the increase of the transverse tube pitch and the decrease of the fin spacing also increase the heat transfer capacity;the greater the number of tubes,the greater the difference in application in different regions.
