摘要
在空调箱中表冷器的性能不仅受到工况参数的影响,而且也随结构参数的改变而变化。本文建立了表冷器仿真的集中参数模型,并分别对相同工况下,不同结构的表冷器的性能进行了仿真分析,通过全冷量和水侧阻力的对比,引入收益系数的概念。收益系数综合考虑了全冷量和水侧阻力,为表冷器的结构优化提供了依据。
The performance of fin-tube heat exchanger used by air handle unit is variable with not only condition parameters, but also structure parameters. Lumped parameter model is designed, and a performance analysis of fin-tube heat exchanger is carried on under the same condition and different structure parameters. By the comparison of the total cooling capacity as well as waterside resistance pressure, we put forward a conception, beneficial coefficient. Taking total cooling capacity and waterside resistance pressure together into consideration, beneficial coefficient provide the basis for the structure optimization for fin-tube heat exchanger.
