摘要
柚类在幼果期通常需要进行疏果处理,为提高柚类幼果的利用率,测定6种不同柚类幼果总黄酮含量及柚皮苷含量,以橘红为对照,筛选不同柚类品种作为总黄酮及柚皮苷提取原料的可行性。结果表明:4个琯溪蜜柚类品种及马家柚幼果的总黄酮类及柚皮苷含量均高于橘红,均可考虑其幼果作为提取总黄酮及柚皮苷的原料,使柚类幼果资源得到合理有效利用;从试验品种提取的稳定性出发,柚皮苷的提取可优先考虑金橘蜜柚、总黄酮的提取可优先考虑三红蜜柚。
In order to improve the utilization rate of immature pomelo fruits,the contents of total flavonoids and naringin in six different pomelo fruits were determined.The feasibility of using different pomelo varieties as raw materials for total flavonoids and naringin extraction was screened by using pummelo exocarp as control.The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids and naringin in four kinds of Guanxi pomelo and Majia pomelo were higher than those of pummelo exocarp,so that the immature fruit resources of pomelo can be reasonably and effectively used;considering the stability of the test varieties,the extraction of naringin can preferentially selected for Jinju pomelo,and the extraction of total flavonoids can give priority to the Sanhong pomelo.
