摘要
针对当前部分高校心理育人队伍组成不全面、对学生心理状况把握不充分、课程设置不规范及校内外育人联动不足等问题,提出高校及心理健康教育者应共同努力,从优化育人工作队伍建设入手,全面掌握创新方向,并设计健全的调查实践,充分把握学生主体的心理特征,为创新提供依据。同时高校还应完善心理健康课程设置,在与思想政治教育协同过程中实现创新,也应强化校内外育人合力,通过联动共同引领心理健康教育实现在心理育人视角下的创新,展现更为丰富且深刻的育人价值。
In view of the insufficient mental education teachers of some universities,inadequate grasp of students’psychological status,irregular curriculum and insufficient education linkage inside and outside the school,universities and mental health educators should work together to optimize the construction of education team,comprehensively grasp the direction of innovation,and design a sound investigation practice,fully grasp the psychological characteristics of students,to provide the basis for innovation.At the same time,colleges and universities should also improve the mental health curriculum,realize innovation in the process of coordination with ideological and political education,strengthen the education force inside and outside the school,jointly lead the innovation of mental health education from the perspective of psychological education through linkage,and show a richer rich and profound education value.
