伺服压力机关键技术及伺服拉深工艺解析

摘要 伺服压力机是我国锻压机床未来发展的主要方向之一,近些年国内学者对锻压机床的探究及产品研发的深度有不断拓展趋势,取得的成绩是十分理想的。本课题研究中将伺服压力机设定为目标对象,较为详细的探究该设备的关键技术主要研究方向,伺服拉深工艺曲线的规划要点,曲线的优化方法,包括伺服拉深工艺、时间效率及滑块运动曲线的优化等,希望能和同行分享实践经验,为伺服压力机的冲压工艺运用及相关产品的设计、研发及加工等提供更可靠的理论支持。 Servo press is one of the main directions for the future development of forging machine tools in China. In recent years, Chinese scholars have been exploring the depth of forging machine tools and product development with a trend of continuous expansion, and the results achieved are very satisfactory. In this research, the servo press is set as the target object, and the main research directions of the key technology of this equipment are explored in more detail, the planning points of the servo drawing process curve, the optimization methods of the curve, including the optimization of the servo drawing process, time efficiency and slider motion curve, etc. We hope to share the practical experience with our peers, and provide more reliable theoretical support for the use of the stamping process of the servo press and the design, development and processing of related products, etc. We hope to share our practical experience with our colleagues and provide more reliable theoretical support for the use of servo presses in stamping processes and the design,development and processing of related products.
