乡村旅游发展中乡村经济精英参与行为的影响机制研究---以南京市Z村为例被引量：9

A Study of the Impact Mechanism of the Participation Behavior of Rural Economic Elites in the Development of Rural Tourism:The Case of Z Village in Nanjing

摘要通过对全国乡村旅游示范村Z村6名乡村经济精英参与乡村旅游发展的行为进行深描,深入分析了乡村旅游发展中乡村经济精英参与行为的影响机制。研究发现:伴随乡村旅游的发展,Z村乡村经济精英历经了生计危机下的自主创业、政府介入下的积极成长和创业成功后的护村守业等阶段,乡村旅游发展中乡村经济精英参与行为的影响机制呈现出以下要点:第一,产业、民主以及和谐社会建设等正式性规范具有政策导向作用;第二,村内熟人信任机制与“面子观”约束机制等非正式性规范具有行动保障作用;第三,相关社会现象和村内价值理念等表意性符码具有价值感召作用;第四,精英自身及村庄所拥有的配置性资源和权威性资源具有行动基础作用,并以此为基础提出相应的政策启示。 This paper gives an incisive analysis of the behavior of six rural economic elites in Z Village,a rural tourism demonstration village with typical ethnic features,to explore the impact mechanism of rural economic elites'participation in rural tourism development.The research has the following conclusions:with the development of rural tourism,the rural economic elites in Z Village have experienced the stages of independent entrepreneurship under the livelihood crisis,the active growth under the government intervention and the protection of the village after the success of the entrepreneurship.The impact mechanism of rural economic elites'participation in rural tourism development shows the following features:firstly,the formal norms for the construction of industry,democracy and harmonious society have the function of policy guidance;secondly,informal norms such as the trust mechanism of acquaintances in the village and the constraining mechanism of“face view”have the function of guaranteed actions;thirdly,the ideographic codes such as relevant social phenomena and village values have the function of value inspiration;fourthly,the allocated resources and authorized resources owned by the elites themselves and the villages play an action-oriented role,and on this basis,the corresponding policy implications are put forward.
