摘要
马钢A高炉拟进行快速大修,停炉前需要提前将炉基进行切割,炉底平台管道需要提前进行管道移位,尤其是180°方向和0°方向有大量的主管和支管,需全部移位改造。通过对方案的不断优化,采取新的工艺技术,经过一个半月的施工,完成了高炉冷却水管在线改造。
The Blast furnace A of Masteel is going to be overhauled rapidly.The furnace base needs to be cut in advance before shutdown,and the bottom platform pipeline needs to be shifted in advance,especially 180°and 0°direction.There are a large number of main pipes and branch pipes,all of which need to be shifted.Through the continuous optimization of the scheme,adopting new technology,after one and a half months of construction,the online transformation of the cooling water pipe of the blast furnace has been completed.
