摘要
马钢4^(#)高炉铁口下方侧壁温度频繁波动,有突升现象,高炉持续预警。通过内部调整装料模式和控制炉温,外部采取缩小铁口孔道直径,灌浆等一系列措施进行调整。最终将炉缸侧壁温度稳定下来,达到安全生产要求。
The temperature of the sidewall below the taphole of No.4 blast furnace in Maanshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.fluctuates frequently and suddenly rises,so the blast furnace keeps warning.By adjusting the charging mode and controlling the furnace temperature internally,and taking a series of measures such as reducing the diameter of taphole and grouting externally,the adjustment is carried out.Finally,the temperature of the hearth side wall is stabilized to meet the requirements of safe production.
