摘要
螺旋锥齿轮具有承载能力强、传动平稳等优点,本文通过建立螺旋锥齿轮有限元模型,开展含摩擦的螺旋锥齿轮齿面接触应力计算研究,基于不同摩擦系数进行了齿轮接触应力分析。结果表明齿接触过程中齿面摩擦剪切应力在节线上下侧方向相反,随着摩擦系数增大,齿面摩擦力变大,导致齿面接触应力增大。齿面接触区域均为扁长的椭圆形,齿面最大接触应力点出现在接触椭圆中心点。von Mises应力与切应力最大值均出现在亚表面。
Spiral bevel gear has the advantage of strong load-carrying capacity and stable transmission.In this paper,the finite element model of spiral bevel gear is established.Base on different friction coefficient,the tooth contact stress of spiral bevel gear is calculated.The results show that the shear stress above and below the gear nodal line is in the opposite direction,the friction force increases with the increase of friction coefficient.The contact area of tooth is flat and long ellipse,and the maximum contact stress of tooth surface appears at the center of the ellipse contact area.The maximum Von-Mises stress and shear stress appear on the subsurface.
