摘要
雷火灸治疗慢性泄泻历史悠久且疗效显著,其利用药物燃烧时产生的热力,达到温经通络、益气健脾等作用。河南中医药大学第一附属医院消化科在传统雷火灸的基础上创新出五行雷火灸,根据药物的不同及入脏的不同分为五行雷火灸,针对脾气亏虚证的泄泻,科室采用自制的黄色雷火灸灸条,联合参苓白术散治疗脾气亏虚证泄泻,收到了很好的临床疗效。
Thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of chronic diarrhea has a long history and significant efficacy,its use of the heat generated by drug combustion,so that patients to achieve the function of meridian,regulation of microcirculation,and ultimately have the effect of warm meridian,beneficial gas spleen and so on.The department of gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine innovated five elements thunder-fire moxibustion on the basis of traditional thunder-fire moxibustion.According to the different drugs and the different diarrhea are divided into five elements thunder-fire moxibustion,for the diarrhea of deficiency of spleen and stomach type,yellow thunder-fire moxibustion moxibustion,combined with Shenling Baizhu powder to treat diarrhea of deficiency of spleen and stomach type,and very good clinical effect was obtained.
