摘要
目的通过动物实验观察参苓白术散对正常动物、胃轻瘫模型动物和腹泻模型动物胃肠动力的影响,以探讨该方对胃肠动力影响的作用机制。方法采用正常动物、胃轻瘫动物和腹泻动物,研究参苓白术散对其胃肠动力的影响。结果参苓白术散能明显加快正常小鼠胃排空液体和固体的速度,降低胃内残留量,与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);能显著提高阿托品和多巴胺所致胃轻瘫小鼠的胃排空能力,并降低胃内固体残留率,能明显减少脾虚大鼠和番泻叶所致腹泻小鼠腹泻次数及腹泻量,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论参苓白术散能明显改善胃肠动力,具有双向调节作用。
Objective To study the effect of Shenlingbaizhu Powder on gastrointestinal motility and its mechanisms. Methods Use normal animals, model animals with diabetic gastroparesis and model animals with diarrhea to study the influence of Shenfing- baizhu Powder on gastrointestinal motility. Results Shenlingbaizhu Powder could significantly increase the gastric emptying and decrease the residual volume of stomach in normal animals （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ） ; Shenlingbaizhu Powder could significantly increase the ability for gastric emptying and decrease the rate of solid residual amount of stomach in the model mice with diabetic gastroparesis induced by atropine and Dopamine （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with atropine groups and Dopamine groups, Shenlingbaizhu Powder could significantly decrease the frequency and amount of diarrhea in the rats with splenic asthenia and the mice with diarrhea induced by folium sennae （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Shenlingbaizhu Powder can improve gastroin- testinal motility, and this effect is of two - ways regulation.
