摘要
企业是技术创新决策、科研组织、成果转化的主体,面向“十四五”及中长期科技创新,科技管理直接影响着国内核电AE公司自主创新能力与核心竞争力。本文结合科技管理工作实践,对科技管理过程中的科技创新资源配置、产学研用协同创新、科技成果转化进行了分析讨论,提出了科技管理创新策略,为新形势下核电AE公司科技管理工作提供了新的思路及经验借鉴。
Enterprises are the main body of technological innovation decision-making,scientific research organization and achievement transformation.For the 14th Five-Year Plan and medium-long term sci-tech innovation,sci-tech management directly affects the independent innovation ability and core competitiveness of domestic nuclear power AE companies.Based on the practice of sci-tech management,this article analyzes and discusses the allocation of science and technology innovation resources,the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the process of sci-tech management,and puts forward the innovation strategies of sci-tech management,which provides new ideas and experience for the sci-tech management of Nuclear Power AE Company in the New Era.
