摘要
会泽采选厂新选矿系统于2004年底投入试生产,由于处理矿石与原设计有较大差异,使氧化铅锌的浮选不能正常运行。笔者与其他工程技术人员一道,采用试验与生产相互结合、相互验证的方法,对氧化矿的浮选开展技术攻关,总结出一套适合现场生产的工艺方案,并在生产实践中得到了较好的浮选指标。
The new mineral processing system of Huize ore dressing plant was put into industrial trial at the end of 2004,the flotation of oxidized lead and zinc ore did not run properly due to the big difference between the practical treating ore type and the designing ore type.The author and other engineers aimed at the key problem of oxidized ore flotation by combining laboratory testing and industrial operation and mutual verification,and summarized a proper process program by which good flotation results can be obtained in production practice.
