摘要在知识经济时代大背景下,企业知识管理与技术创新模式的相互作用日趋明显,分析两者之间的内在联系成为众多学者关注的焦点。以农业科技企业为研究对象,综述了企业知识管理、技术创新以及技术创新模式的研究现状,以此作为理论基础,进一步从理论层面揭示了农业科技企业知识管理与技术创新模式的相互作用关系,两者之间的作用关系主要体现在3个方面:一是知识管理决定了农业科技企业技术创新模式的选择;二是农业科技企业技术创新模式反作用于知识管理;三是农业科技企业知识管理与技术创新模式的双向动态选择。最后,从知识管理与技术创新模式的关系出发,基于知识管理视角提出了农业科技企业技术创新模式的选择策略。 Under the background of knowledge-based economy,the interaction between enterprise knowledge management and technological innovation mode is becoming more and more obvious,and the research on the inner relationship between them has become the focus of many scholars.Taking agricultural science and technology enterprises as the research object,the research status of enterprise knowledge management,technological innovation and technological innovation mode was summarized,taking these as the theoretical basis,the interaction between knowledge management and technological innovation mode of agricultural science and technology enterprises was further revealed from the theoretical level.It was concluded that the relationship between them mainly includes three aspects:knowledge management determines the choice of technological innovation mode of agricultural science and technology enterprises,the technology innovation mode of agricultural science and technology enterprises reacts to knowledge management,the bidirectional dynamic selection of knowledge management and technological innovation mode of agricultural science and technology enterprises.Finally,from the relationship between knowledge management and technology innovation mode,the selection strategy of technology innovation mode of agricultural science and technology enterprises was put forward from the perspective of knowledge management.
