摘要
针对高密度聚乙烯的发展情况,分别从气相聚合法、淤浆法以及溶液聚合法探讨了高密度聚乙烯制备工艺的技术,并论述了典型公司的高密度聚乙烯生产工艺的对比分析,最后结合高密度聚乙烯的生产情况重点探讨了其相应的主要应用情况,以全面提升高密度聚乙烯制备水平。
In view of the development of high density polyethylene materials,the preparation technology of high density polyethylene was discussed from the aspects of gas phase polymerization,slurry polymerization and solution polymerization,and the corresponding comparative analysis of the production technology of high density polyethylene in typical companies was discussed.Finally,combined with the production situation of high density polyethylene,the main application of high density polyethylene was mainly discussed,hoping to promote the development of high density polyethylene It is hoped that it will be helpful to improve the preparation level of HDPE.
