硅胶负载茂金属催化剂的制备及其催化乙烯聚合 被引量:1

摘要 采用浸渍法,制备了负载型茂金属催化剂双(1-乙基-2-甲基环戊二烯基)二氯化锆(简称茂金属化合物)-甲基铝氧烷-硅胶。以乙烯为原料,干燥的己烷(4 L)为反应介质,加入茂金属催化剂后,在温度为80℃,压力为1 MPa的条件下反应2 h,可制备聚乙烯。结果表明,制备的催化剂颗粒形态较好,粒子分布均匀。以3#硅胶为载体,催化剂最佳制备条件为:硅胶用量6 g,催化剂中的铝元素/锆元素(摩尔比)为150,茂金属化合物用量为0.12 g。在此条件下,催化活性为2 686 g/g。 Abstract: The metallocene catalyst ( 1 - Et - 2 - MeCp)2ZrC12/MAO/SiO2 was prepared by impreg- nation method. Polyethylene was prepared under the condition of temperature 80 ℃, pressure 1 MPa,time 2 h,dry hexane (4 L) as reaction medium. The results showed that the catalyst had good particle mor- phology and narrow particle size distribution. Theoptimum preparation condition of catalyst was:3 sil- ica gel 6 g,A1/Zr molar ratio 150,metallocene com- plex 0.12 g. Under this condition, the catalytic activ- ity was 2 686 g/g.
