襄阳内环线跨襄阳北铁路编组站大桥总体设计 被引量:35

摘要 襄阳内环线跨襄阳北铁路编组站大桥跨越汉丹、焦柳客车线及其他站线等32股铁路,为适应建设条件,该桥创新地采用部分转体+部分悬拼的施工方案。综合考虑转体施工难度及桥梁结构受力性能,采用跨径布置为(200+294)m、(226+200)m的双独塔双索面斜拉桥方案。大桥墩、塔、梁固结,主梁采用钢-混混合梁,跨铁路部分主梁为钢-混组合梁,其余部分为混凝土梁,标准段主梁宽37.5 m,中心梁高3.53 m,主跨钢梁采用免涂装耐候钢。钢-混结合段位于主跨距桥塔7 m处,过渡段采用钢梁埋入混凝土边主梁的方式进行结合,埋入长度2.6 m。斜拉索为平行双索面布置。桥塔为门形塔,塔高分别为117 m和105 m,采用整体式承台及钻孔桩基础。跨正线铁路部分采用由中心球铰+滚轮车构成的多支撑点受力体系进行转体施工,主跨其余部分采用节段悬拼施工,边跨其余部分混凝土梁采用支架现浇施工。 The part of Xiangyang Inner Ring Road that crosses the north railway marshalling station is designed as an elevated structure.Due to that the elevated structure has to fly over 32 railway lines,including the Hankou-Danyang and Jiaozuo-Liuzhou passenger dedicated railways,an innovative method of partial rotation and partial assembly was selected to ease the construction.Considering the complexities in the rotation construction and the load bearing behavior of the expected structure,two monopylon cable-stayed bridges of pier-pylon-girder fixation were determined.The two cable-stayed bridges all have double cable planes,one with two spans of 200 m and 294 m,and the other with two spans of 226 m and 200 m.The superstructures crossing the railways consist of steel-concrete composite girders,while the remaining parts comprise concrete girders.The typical girder width is 37.5 m,and the midspan girder depth is 3.53 m.The steel girders in the main span are made of coating-free weathering steel.The steel-concrete joints are set in the main spans,about 7 m to the pylons,the steel girders are embedded into the concrete side span for connection,with an embedment length of 2.6 m.The pylons which are portal-framed structures rising 117 m and 105 m,rest on integral pile caps that are supported by bored pile foundations.The parts of the cable-stayed bridges that cross the primary railways were constructed using a multi-support load bearing system that consisted of the central spherical hinge and wheel trolleys,the remainder of main span was constructed by segmental assembly,and the concrete in the remaining parts of side spans were cast in situ on scaffoldings.
