摘要
目的采用meta分析方法分析老年人自我忽视行为的发生状况及特征,为制定降低老年人自我忽视行为发生率的防治策略提供参考依据。方法系统检索知网、万方、维普、Cochrane Library、Pubmed、Web of Science、EBSCO数据库,收集建库至2020年9月收录的有关老年人自我忽视行为发生状况的横断面研究,采用Stata 15.0软件对其进行meta分析。结果共纳入12个研究,累计研究对象403 084例。Meta分析结果显示,老年人自我忽视行为发生率为18.0%(95%CI=12.5%~23.5%)。亚组分析结果显示,年龄≥75岁的老年人自我忽视行为发生率高于年龄<75岁的老年人(26.0%vs 11.5%),男性高于女性(15.7%vs 14.9%);农村高于城市(33.5%vs 14.8%)。结论老年人自我忽视行为发生率约为18.0%,年龄≥75岁、男性和农村老年人较易出现自我忽视行为,未来的研究不仅应着重针对该类人群进行评估,更应探索有效的干预措施,以维护老年人身心健康,促进健康老龄化的发展。
Objective To perform a meta-analysis on incidence and characteristics of elder self-neglect,provide reference for making the prevention and control strategies to reduce the incidence of elder self-neglect. Methods The databases of CNKI,WanFang,VIP,Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Web of Science and EBSCO were systematically retrieved,to collect the cross-sectional studies on the incidence of elder self-neglect from to database establishment September 2020. The meta-analysis was conducted with Stata 15.0 software. Results A total of 12 studies were included,involving 403 084 research objects. The results of metaanalysis suggested that the incidence of elder self-neglect was 18.0%(95%CI=12.5%-23.5%). Subgroup analysis showed that the incidence of elder self-neglect in elderly people aged ≥75 years old was higher than that in elderly people aged <75 years old(26.0% vs 11.5%),males was higher than females(15.7% vs 14.9%),and rural area was higher than urban area(33.5% vs 14.8%).Conclusion The incidence of elder self-neglect is about 18.0%,and elderly people aged ≥75 years old,male,and from rural areas are more likely to occur the self-neglect behavior. The future research should not only focus on the evaluation of this population,but also explore effective intervention measures,so as to maintain the physical and mental health of the elderly,and promote the development of healthy aging.
