摘要
三创人才培养理念以人才能力培养为核心,强调对学生主动思考和学以致用能力的培养。传统的课程教学模式中,学生无法体现思维和个人能动性。本文从教学形态、时空及考核与评价方式多维化出发构建了线上与线下的教学形态、实践教学平台、过程化考核与教学质量评价体系相结合的检验模式。通过多维立体化教学模式,激发和培养学生创造、创新、创业能力,探索三创人才培养体系的构建。
The training concept of three creative talents focuses on the cultivation of talents'ability,and emphasizes the cultivation of students'active thinking and ability to apply what they have learned.In the traditional course teaching mode,students cannot reflect their thinking and individual initiative.From the perspective of multi-dimensional teaching form,space and time,as well as assessment and evaluation methods,this paper constructs a test mode combining“online”and“offline”teaching form,practical teaching platform,process assessment and teaching quality evaluation system.Through the multi-dimensional teaching mode,stimulate and cultivate students'creativity,innovation and entrepreneurial ability,and explore the construction of the three-innovation personnel training system.
