摘要
荣乌高速公路新线ZT8标段工程兰沟洼特大桥右幅公路架桥机过孔施工所采用的JQJ240 t/45 m型公路架桥机具有一次性过跨24 m或30 m的能力,而40 m跨度工况则须分段多次过孔,步骤复杂,风险高。介绍JQJ240 t/45 m型公路架桥机的主要技术参数,对其40 m过孔稳定性进行分析计算,并详细介绍40 m过孔控制方法和过程。结论指出:在架桥过程中,各种架桥机的结构参数不同,须根据实际情况,按照架桥机各部件的质量和过孔跨度,准确计算架桥机过孔最大悬臂时的抗倾覆系数;架桥机过孔时需注意观察各支腿及结构部件的工作状态,过孔到位后需对架桥机的整体姿态进行微调,确保各项条件均满足架梁要求。
Model JQJ240 t/45 m highway bridge erector used in via construction of right section highway of Langouwa super large bridge in ZT8 section of Rongwu Expressway new line has the capacity of crossing 24 m or 30 m at one time,while the working condition of 40 m span requires multiple steps,with complicated steps and high risk.Main technical parameters of JQJ240 t/45 m highway launching machine are introduced,its40 m via stability is analyzed and calculated,and 40 m via control method and process are introduced in detail.It is concluded that in the process of erection,the structural parameters of various launching machines are different,so it is necessary to accurately calculate the anti-overturning coefficient when the maximum cantilever of launching machine passes through hole according to actual situation and based on mass of each part of launching machine and via span;when the launching machine passes through the hole,it is necessary to observe the working state of each leg and structural part,and fine tune overall posture of the launching machine after via is in place to ensure that all conditions meet the requirements of erection.
