摘要
架桥机是公路桥梁架设的重要施工机械,且使用环境复杂,安全设计要求高。本文以150t梁重作为吊重荷载对架桥机主梁、前后支腿等钢结构部分强度、稳定性以及架桥机抗倾覆进行安全性计算,通过采用Midas Civil建立整体模型进行结构受力分析,对比后选择适合该工程的的架桥机结构组合,提出了使用过程中的安全控制措施,以期对同类项目提供借鉴意义。
Bridge erecting machine is an important construction machine for highway bridge erection,and its use environment is complicated and the safety design requirements are high.In this paper,the 150 t beam weight is used as the hoisting load to calculate the strength and stability of the steel structure such as the main girder,front and rear outriggers of the bridge erector,and the safety of the bridge erector against overturning.The overall model is established by Midas Civil to analyze the structural force.After the comparison,the bridge erecting machine structure combination suitable for the project is selected,and the safety control measures in the use process are proposed in order to provide reference for similar projects.
