摘要
地方志尤其是旧志所载涉医资料可为地方医学研究提供丰富素材,目前相关研究文献主要有三个方面:一是内容研究,有宏观介绍地方志医药文献者,有研究地方志所载医家、医著、医政管理、地方药材和地方疫情资料者,还有分析涉医社会文化现象者,总体以文献梳理为主,深入剖析者偏少;二是研究视角讨论,全面介绍地方志涉医资料者较少,大多从某一个方面切入进行梳理;三是研究方法探讨,以文献研究法为主,亦有学者提出实地调研、实物考察等方法。因此,地方志涉医资料研究应在广泛占有资料的基础上,对研究对象进行深入挖掘;在研究视角上可放眼于地方医学建制、涉医机构等较为冷门的领域;研究方法除文献研究外还应综合运用数据挖掘、实证调研等方法。
The medical literature in local chronicles,especially those before 1949,can provide rich materials for local medical research.There are three main aspects of relevant research literature recently.The first is content research,including macro introduction of local medical documents,research of local physician,medical books,medical administration,local medicine,epidemic,and analysis of social and cultural phenomena related to medicine,which is mainly based on literature review and less in-depth analysis.The second is the discussion from the perspective of research.There are few comprehensive introduction of local chronicles and medical literature,most of which are sorted out from one aspect.Thirdly,the research methods are mainly literature research,while some scholars also put forward the methods of field investigation and physical investigation.Therefore,it should be deeply mined on the basis of extensive possession of data,and be focused on the relatively unpopular fields such as local medical system and medical institutions;in addition to literature research,data mining,empirical research and other methods should be comprehensively used.
